club garage sale

yeah we had it earlier i think around august but i'm not sure, but i would like to see another one, cause i got some good items back then, maybe this time i can get some better items

its a 42' 250w coralife aquapro,we bought from DR foster & smith, its only a year old i still have all the paper work and recit,it coast right at $900,i wanted to try and sell it at the frag swap but i still had it going on my 75g,Ive upgraded to the 210,i know i will never get my $$ back on on but i think half off would be fair,i was going to box it up and store it till the next swap, someone on the 4 sale forum wanted it but i didn't want to ship it,

well pick a house & have one, if we have enough stuff, the thing is we may have the stuff, but do we have the people needing what we have to sell, beings we just had the swap,

well if we decide to do one, then all who need something to but should correspond with the host or hostess and those will be the items each will bring( this way everybody doesn't lug everything there then back home when they don't sell)---just a thought

I am all "saled" out for the year. After the last sale and frag swap. I am gearing up for the Middle Tennessee swap in Jan. My frag tank is full.

likewise. I always have stuff to get rid of

How about a Bulletin Board on the WTMRAC.com site??

unfortunatley some members have pm'd me stating that this would be too much for the club-- well what good is a forum if you can't express ideas-- i never said we have to do this, i just stated an opinion of interest-- if this was a sore spot for some that feel they can't possibly see this happening then tough for them, but all the others that were for it--- my hats off to you

In the works. Time is very limited for me right now so a little slow getting the site finished the way I want it.

...seems to be a lot of this kind of bullshit happening these days. Seems more and more people are trying to run the club via pm? come on...

Hang in there friday is coming... You are doing good on the site. If you need some help give me a shout.

DZones you are doing a great job on the updated site, Keep it up it is appreciated.

Everyone has opinions, and TODAY IS THE DAY WE ALL GET TO VOTE AND EXPRESS OUR OPINIONS we do live in a great nation where we all do get to voice our opinions and this is a great forum for those ideas and opinions, regretfully!!! Some people "attack" through PM and on line if someone does not agree with them. I think of this forum as something that should be a "positive" thing for the club and its members and personally hate to see any personal attacks on anyone ideas or opinions.

Some people do PM because they are addressing just that person with there ideas or thoughts not for "everyone" but some PM,s are not very nice!

Prestons idea about a garage sale is just that, an idea and a suggestion for discussion. I love Garage Sales and would try to attend at some point, but I must work on Saturdays so could not be of much help.

Since I can not be of any real help with a garage sale, I will not voice an opinion and I shall just sit by and "listen" sometimes that is more fun anyway! And above all else is that not what this is all about having fun with the Hobby that we love.

(Thought you'd get busted for that one!)

mhurley, it's not his fault. He's from da Nort' country. Even farther up than Naperville.

(P.S. - Did they ever finish 88 yet?? I used to live in Warrenville & Geneva. )
