Club Member that is an electrician??

First I apologize to whoever it is but I know we have someone in the club that is an electrician and I am having a mind fart and can not remember who it is. I do not know however if we have one licensed in Mississippi, but please someone "hook me up".

I am in need of having a 220 "welding" outlet hooked up in my garage.

Someone please let me know somone that can do this without me having to sell my aquariums to finance it.
