Guys with large angels in thier tanks: Are you able to keep LPS in there without munching? I have been eyeing a baby Emperor angel at the LFS for a few weeks. I really want to add it to my 210 mixed reef, but I have a ton of LPS including some nice acans. I dont want them to be food.

I wouldn't risk it. I have about 5% lps and luckily the only thing that my emperor has eaten so far is a red blasto that I only had a one headed frag of. He doesn't touch my green blastos at all. My friend just got an emperor and he devoured every lps in his tank within a week. Its hit or miss.

yeah, thats what I figured. I have picked up some very nice acans lately and the last thing I want is for something to eat them all.

In the process of switching the 92 FOWLR to Reef, so there's not really anything to see but rock. Nevertheless:

I am able to keep most lps, but not acan lords or micros, they become food.
