CO2 Solenoid Setup

So for safety reasons, I have my CO2 bottle solenoid setup like follows:

Solenoid -> Milwaukee SMS 122 Controller -> Aquacontroller DC4

The first PH controller shuts off the solenoid if the calcium reactor PH runs below 6.5. This will prevent the media from turning into mush and completely nuking the tank. (i.e. Help, my tank's DKH is 30!)

The Aquacontroller shuts off the solenoid if the display tank PH falls below 7.85 or so. This is to prevent excess CO2 from melting my liverock or killing anything during the night cycle. Personally I've never seen it this low, but close (7.9).

Also: I've dialed the reactor into a bubble and effluent rate where the PH controller on the reactor stays steady at 6.5 (and rarely shuts off).

Good setup or am I being overly paranoid?
