cockroach looking thing??

anyone know anything about a cockroach looking bug?? i found 2 in my liverock spewing eggs and want to know if it is harmfull do i need to get them out? today was the first time i have seen them, they spewed the eggs and hid back in the live rock. any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
 
its about half a inch. it did help feed, all the fish went crazy eating the eggs, i just dont know what they are. i only seen two and they disapeared as soon as they were done. i havent added anything in a while so it cant be bad can it??
 
i didnt see claws, they were only out about 3 minutes. one then the other then they disapered. i dont think i could catch them if i tried, they went deep into the live rock (totoka) too many groves and branches i'll pay more attention next time, by the way paul the frags i bought from you are great!! couldnt ask for better frags!! i will buy more !!

there is no way i can catch them, they moved really fast and havent been seen again. i guess i will just have to wait it out and see what happens, they may have been in my tank since i have gone reef and not been seen. i really appreciate all your help and the articles!!
