code for a pump on at a certain time & off

I would like a pump to turn on at 9:00pm and the off at 9:10
then on again at 12:00am then off again at 12:10am
then on again at 4:00am then off again at 4:10am
then on again at 9:00am then off again at 9:10am
then on again at 1:00pm then off again at 1:10pm.

use the 'If Time' statement.

If time = 21:00 then on
If time =21:10 then off
If time = 00:00 then on
If time = 00:10 then off

...etc
