Color change overnight with water change?

I did a 10% water change last night. The lights came on this morning, and I noticed two monti caps and a number of acros seemed just a shade lighter. It's not severe. Noone but me would probably notice

I adjusted parameters in the new IO water as usual. did everything as normal. I normally run 8.5alk so the IO does bump the alk a little.

The only thing I can think of is temp probably dropped about 3 degrees during the water change. I have also been running a little "dirty" these days trying to deepen color on a few pieces.
Did I "bleach" them or could this just be a normal reaction to cleaner water?

Any before and after pictures ? How long did you let the salt mix age before you used it ?

Nah, The lightening was very subtle. I'm not even sure it would show up in the pics. The most noticeable was an orange/pink cap that went mostly pink. Salt mix aged a week or so.

Is that your first w/c with that batch of salt mix? Did you test the salt mix? You may have gotten a bad batch. It's been known to happen!

This is the second or third WC I have done with this batch. No problems til now.

Bleaching normally occurs from rises rather than drops in temp, right? It was only a 3# drop.
