I have two mixed bed refills left. Also have some separate resins. The anion has the color changing indicator in it. Don't throw away your resin, give it to me please. I accidentally spilled a bunch of anion and can use some more.

Yes it is. It's originally from BRS. Been getting one years worth of use per 10" refill. I change it whether it needs it or not. I run 5 gallons down the drain before i use it in my tank.

To clarify, the 5 gallons that goes down the drain is only to flush the resin upon initial install. Once it's flushed you can use it the way you normally would until it's exhausted.
