Coloration and fish stocking

Good morning all, i was curious on how stocked everyones tank was with fish. Ive seen quite a few people lately that, like myself, struggle with colors yet have decent to good growth.

Overall my colors just suck, only thing of good color is my green slimer, everything else is either pale or brown, especially purples and blues.

I try to feed the fish (2x clowns, 2x bangai cardinals, foxface rabbit, and purple dottyback for 75 gallon tank) 2-3 times a day with a combo of mysis, rods reef, few differnt flakes (formula 1 i think) and pellets, i will be looking to add more variety as well. I dont run a whole lot of carbon or gfo, maybe a cup of carbon, 1/4 cup gfo.

I will be adding more fish, but like i mentioned, just curious on how stocked everyone else is?

I have a 175 bow front.I have 14 fishin a full reef tank. Regal Angel, Blue Faced Girdle Angel, Yellow Tang, Blue Hippo Tang, Blonde Naso Tang, 1 Male and 3 Female Lyrtail Anthias, Flame Angel, Melanarus Wrasse, 6 line Wrasse, 1 Chromis, and a Dottyback

What are your N and P levels? Stock does not matter since you can either starve lots of fish or overfeed a few fish and end up in the same place. Bottom line: you need some N and P, but not too much.

N is around 10, i dont test for P because I dont have reliable testing for it. Like I mentioned earlier, I dont use alot of carbon and gfo, but I did take them off-line yesterday.
