Coloration of coral in relation to spectrum

An interesting subject came up at the round table meeting tonight.

We were talking about physically altering the color morph of coral by changing host Zooxanthellae levels or protein presence, not just color intensity but color change.

Part 2 seems to confirm my thoughts that you can suntan your corals with UV-A. It seems you can shift greens to orange with slight change in UV exposure. I wonder if it stays or shifts back after exposure.
