Colra acclimation

That was the most ignorant vid I have seen on youtube. I use a drip line on everything. I also dip all of my corals before I put them in the tank. That is just asking for algae and pest, not to mention an expensive loss of corals.
 
There's no need to drip.
I just temp acclimate for 15 minutes, dip in some tank water and Revive for 15 minutes, and then in the tank (or frag tank) it goes.

Fish and inverts on the other hand I will drip and temp acclimate.
 
yes drip is most important with fish and inverts. I have much more success with fish and survival especially when fish are coming from a system with different salinity than yours.

This should depend on where the fish came from. If they've been in a plastic bag for 1-2 days, a slow drip could kill them (with the rise in ammonia toxicity that comes from the PH rise).
