ColtonNelly's Reef

Nice vid. Looks like you're off to a great start.

Thanks Dave!

Seems to me that you've thought of everything. Love the idea of having multiple drains. I'm quoting the video cause it didn't show for me. Oops still can't see it.

Thank you, that's weird. It won't show up on my phone, but it works on my computer.

Thanks!

I hope you're not in Cali.

That's a lot o' watts you got goin' there.

Haha of course I'm in Cali. I'm running my halides for about 4.5 hours per day right now. The rest of the time I have my Kessils and VHO's on.

I'll take some more pictures and put them up soon. Got some gorgeous Bimaculatus Anthias and some nice acros in quarantine right now. Unfortunately lost my juvenile misbar regal. She came in with bad flukes, and then seemed like she started having swim bladder issues. Did everything I could to help.. Just happens sometimes :/

Incredible setup well done!

Thank you Gilez.

Really happy with where it is so far, still have quite a ways to go though.

Here are some videos from over the weekend. The tank is still going through some algae blooms. Please ignore the suction cup on the glass, and rubber band on the rock. Trying to teach my fish how to eat algae!

FTS and some of the right side:

Right side and some closeups, most of the LPS will eventually be moved around

Here is my Goldflake, she is showing some interesting colors. I need to dig up a picture of when I first got her. My white tail makes a brief cameo, and then is kicked out by the curious bandit.

Hope you enjoyed them!

Nice looking pair of triggers. How long have you had those? Everything else looks like it is coming along fine.

Thanks Dave,

Got the Crosshatch pair and bandit at the same time in May I believe. They were the first fish in the DT after completing QT. By far he healthiest fish I've ever received. Just had a little bit of lymph, but no other issues. They're all awesome fish, but there's definitely something very unique about the male. He likes it when I pet/ hold him while cleaning the tank. He actually bit me one of the first days I had him, but has been perfect since.

Very nice!!

Thanks buddy!
