Combining Profilux 2ex and Profilux 3?

Is it possible to add the modules from a profilux 2ex to a profilux 3 to make it a profilux 3ex? Here is a pic of the 3:

Can I add the conductivity, redox and the wlan from the 2ex to the 3?

Or is it better to sell both units and just buy the 3ex? Any help is appreciated.

I would "imagine" you can combine the two but you want to be careful. Adding modules can damage internal components beyond repair. It's not rocket science to add them but it requires a gentle hand as to not break/damage components.

There's a decent market for PII units and with yours being an eX that helps a lot. Of course there's a good market for P3 units since they are current. Just check in the Buy/Sell threads on RC and you'll see a strong market.

I would think that you could possibly sell both units and come out with possibly enough to buy a new P3eX with a factory warranty and have a Brand New unit. It's really up to you. Just in case you may want to post a this question over at

FYI, for anyone reading this.

There is no controller in the market other then Profilux you can do upgrades like this.

GHL really thinks about past customers when they design new things.
You will save tons of money in the long run.

Very well put! You can't appreciate this fact until you experience it first hand There really is only one Top Dog in the controller market and GHL ProfiLux is it!
