combining tanks Please help

Hi I am tring to combine my 120 display my 45 gallon corner, sump and add a frag tank below 45 corner. I have no room to add calc reactor water top off or any thing else. I am hoping to put both tank on the same wall dirrerent rooms and add a cabnet to the corner with the 45 gallon.
I was wondering if it is possible to have one of the over flows on the 120 empty into the frag tank , the frag tank fill the 45 corner 45 over flow go into the 40 sump as well as the second over flow of the 120.
Is this a safe way to pull this off? if powewr goes out will all the water level off? What are the pros and cons of doing this. I know it would make my life easier.

If the power goes out and comes back on and you are not around the pump will overfill the tank it is pumping to if the siphon breaks. Risky business.

2 returns in same sump feeding both tanks. 1 pump in sump feeding the frag tank. If you loose power all will overflow into the sump.

Hmm... Maybe having a brain cramp, but I don't get it. Please explain.
