Anyone wantt to stop by and visit for a short while, I'm in room 8264 at Saint Mary's.

Should be leaving sometime today, haven't seen the doc yet, and will take 1 1/2 hours for the wife to get here to pick me up once i get word i can go home.

I had a plate put in at c5/c6 in my neck, and doing well. Don't really know how i got the herniated disc, juist get out of bed on Oct. 30th and my back hurt some, and when i woke up on the 31st, my left arm was toast.

It is amasing what they can do these days, in one day and out the next!

Hey Steve wish I had know earlier I would have stopped. Wish you a speedy recovery and hope that arm comes back.

I had two low back surgeries for fractured disks last year and part of my left leg and a few toes are still numb. It takes a while for things to come back so your lucky you had things taken care of quickly.

I remember reading you had back surgery as well, it is something how things can happen so quickly yet take so long to heal, but yet in time, we do heal mostly :)

I just woke up to this ordeal the 30th of Oct. I know now that the many times I have fallen down at work, I should of had a report filed, so one thing to let others know, even if you fall, and nothing seems wrong, get a report files with your employer.

I'm stuck paying the bill and not getting a check, really hard at Christmas time. Wisconsin won't pay me any unemployment, as I can't do at lest 15% of my work so till I go back to the doctor on the 22nd of Jan, I'm nether disabled or able to get unemployment...

Great system after working for someone for 14 years a chef. I learned a important lesson, and that is to have them accident reports to fall back on!
