commenting in the programing script

Is there a way I can add comments in the programming script? It would be useful to add notes and comment out certain configs.

It's not like what you are thinking....

however you can set your devices into off/on/auto and the code only effects that plug/device if it is in auto mode.

So i guess the answer would be kinda.... I don't have the computer software though, so maybe something like that could be available if you bought that.
