Comments from Arrow crab keepers (past or present)

I'm planning to get an arrow crab for my 180 non-reef tank and would like to get some comments about them from those of you have had experience with them. Growth rate, behavior, possible problems I should be aware of such as disease or related issues, feeding requirements, anything really that could help me in providing better care for the one I plan to get. I've read up on them, but there is only some much you can learn from an article. Thanks.

The get big very fast. I put a very small one in my old 55 that I pulled from the Gulf. I swear he doubled every few weeks. The bigger they get, them more of a risk they can become catching smaller fish.

Good, I was worried that they would not grow very fast. I'm putting mine into a lionfish tank, so I want it to grow faster than the lions do so it won't get eaten. How often did you feed it/see it eat. Since mine will rely on hand feedings, I want to know how often I should feed it (i.e. once a day, every other day, twice a day etc...).
