Commonly available fish meds and their contents

I thought it might be helpful to have a list of commonly available fish meds that contain specific ingredients, for example a list of copper based medications, a list of Formalin based medications and a list of cloroquine phosphate based medications. For many of us it can be quite difficult to obtain things like formalin or cloroquine phosphate and searching by these ingredients often doesn't produce results for those meds that aren't directly named for their ingredients.

For Example, I recently learned that Kordon Rid-Ich Plus is a formalin and malachite green medication. Also New Life Spectrum Ick-Shield Powder apparently contains chloroquine phosphate. A list of related meds/ingredients would really be helpful especially something easy to lookup (like a sticky) in case you ever get into an urgent situation and need to know
