Compatability ?

I just got a 14 gallon biocube. I may have just set it up this week but it should be all but settled because i used the sand, rock, and water from my established 29 gallon which i have taken down.

My question is this... Could I have a false perc and one of those black damsels with the yellow tails in this tank? I mean would they get along, or are they too close to the same species causing them to fight?

Once an Oscellaris matures and becomes the dominant female she's unlikely to accept anything but a submissive male in her 14 gallon tank.

i've always read that oscellaris is the most agreeable, least agressive of all the clown/damsel family though... is that not true?
