Compatibility eels & fish

I got a 180 gallon tank and am moving my two 3 foot+ snowflake and zebra eel in.

I will also be adding a porcupine puffer, green spot puffer, dogface puffer and flagfin angel which I am adopting from someone who can't keep them. These fish are all 5 inches long and have been together 6 years, so they may not grow more.

Can I add a couple more fish like a humu trigger and tang or is the bioload too much already? Or will there be compatibility issues likely?

I am good at upgrading tanks if I need to.

I'm not sure the puffers will grow more as they are 6-7 years old now. Do you think they will grow more at that age?

I would think those puffers are fine in that tank, and considering they've already been together I see no problem. The type of eels you have and the size of those fish I don't find a problem either. I can see why would want to add a couple more fish and you choice of a huma and a tang would be good choices. But you are right your bioload is going to be massive. I suggest an oversized skimmer, an algae turf scrubber or reactor, and maybe even carbon dosing.

Sorry I keep getting dog faced confused with mappa for some reason! Pics once you have it set up please :) my little snowflake moray is going into the 75 with my Ceylon and gsp
