Compatibility of "old" 7095 and 6101

So, I'm a happy owner of a pair of 6000's and a 7095 from you guys. I'd like some more flow, though, so I'm planning to buy a 6101 in addition to what I have. My question is that since the electronics on the 6101 are different, is the controller compatibility limited? Or is the same 7095 that drives my 6000's usable for a new 6101 too?

The controller has not changed and is completely compatible.
