hi everyone im starting to stock my 75g 4 foot tank with a 20g sump, ima run some softies and work my way up to SPS. anyhow theese are the tank mates im looking to get, Engineer goby (allready have in QT tank) after that i was thinking of a blue cleaner wrasse, after that a pair of ocellaris clowns, then a flame angel, then last but not least a yellow tang(is tank to small for a yellow tang?) and would that be a good order to QT then add to tank? also my QT is a 20g long is that to small a QT for the angel or tang? was going to QT everything seperately besides the pair of clowns?

I think most will agree a 75 is too small for a tang. I don't have any experience with angels; not all are reef safe or will at least nip corals, so that is something to research. The other thing to be aware of is that engineer gobies will dig around all the rock and might mess up your coral arrangement at some point.

On a happier note, you are off to a good start and it sounds like you are starting right by QTing, so kudos on that!

^^ agreed. Though you may be okay with a kole or tomini tang in a 75, That's too small for a yellow. They need at least a six foot tank, IMO.

Order of additions sounds great though. You've got the right idea there.

the kole tang looks appealing maybe ill try that instead of the yellow... ill have to do a bit of research on the angel ide love to have him but i dont want him killing my coral. hmm the goby maybe i should return him?

To get your colors, you might try a yellow watchman goby---blusters but harms nothing, and does clean sand, gently. Maybe a blue Fiji Devil damsel---just one will be a good citizen in a 75. Blue star damsel or yellowtail is another good choice. Only one damsel per tank until you have 100 gallons. Other colorful good citizens are the royal gramma, the chalk bass. Avoid dottybacks.
