computer problem for reef link

when trying to install setup for reef link the computer kicks out and says application cannot be started. contact the application vendor. that is the reef link only being connected thru usb on the computer. which only shows the white solid light. thanks in advance for any advice.

if this helps any its saying the error is "Error creating the Web Proxy specified in the 'system.net/defaultProxy'"

Is this a work computer by chance? Also, have you attempted to install the ReefLink setup on a separate computer to troubleshoot?
