Condy Anemone help

I have a Condy Anemone and last night it decided to move over and stick it's tentacles in a powerhead. Luckily it was one with a long intake tube so it didn't get totally ground up by the motor but did get pretty mangled. I turned off the powerhead and it pulled the tentacles back into it's body. Is there anything I can do for it or should I just wait and see if it dies or not? Is it possible for it to heal it's tentacles?

well, now that I was able to get search to work I found my answers and how to prevent this from happening again. Chalk it up to stupid beginner mistakes.

You might want to check your ammonia levels. We had an anenome get chewed up by a filter once & the amonia spike afterwards was bad!
