Condys

I know that Condys come from the caribbean and do not naturally host any fish, and ive allways heard normally from someone who had a friend or a friend of a friend who's Condy ate their whatever clown fish. I would like to hear if any one out there has had a condy host a clown for any extended period of time. I have seen Tomatoes and Sebaes host in condys in LFS, but im looking for longtime pairings.

i had a condy anemone for a while and it hosted my clowns . with in my first 5 minutes of putting it in the tank, my clowns went rushing to it.

really? thats crazy! animals that would never see each other in the wild (they are on completely different sides of the planet) acting together symbiotically.

On that note, I have a tomato clown and a Condylactis that he ignores. I put a quadricolor in there and he hopped in it within a couple hours.

My clowns hosted my condy for 6 months. It always made me nervous because there is a 50/50 chance that the nem will eat the fish. I got rid of the anemone because it got so big, it took up almost half of my 40g. But a condy in my husband's tank ate his bicolor blenny.
