Confused about rotifers / micro algae for clownfish fry

I've been reading up and trying to figure out what to feed clownfish fry (I don't have any yet), and I am a bit confused if they eat rotifers or Nannochloropsis Oculata.

Are the rotifers feeding off the Nannochloropsis Oculata and then the clownfish fry eating the rotifers?
