This is my 3 months old sump. I made it. To hold baffles I used aquarium silicon I bought at fish store. Why is it getting so yellow and algae like. It bothers me , I know it is in sump but still... I put so much effort to make it right. And look in the second picture on left side. This is the fuge side < less flow if it matters> it is clean like new. Can somebody explain this to me please

It does look like you did an overall nice job, the coloration looks like algae, due to no fault of your own. Don't sweat it, be happy it's in your sump rather than the tank 
Also, come on guys, it's silicone, not silicon.

Phosfate-0, Nitrate-0. Cheato in fuge.Like I sad silicone on fuge side is clean, so flow is not a reason . Have ball valve and flow in fuge is only 25% of flow in the rest of the sump.

Used filter socks but I stoped like 3 weeks ago . I have to wash them.
