Connecting Apex to Internet

Here is the history of the problem. I had to move the tank because the house is getting tented and unplugged the apex. When i plugged it back in the display was blank. Called neptune and they said I had to send it back to them. Done did that today. But I still can't connect to the internet. I can connect to my local network no problem. I have not changed anything. Apex ip is the same, router ip subnet, primary and secondary dns server the same, it matches what is on the apex. Port mapping the same. I am running a mac so a little different wording. Any ideas on how to get this working. Neptune has no idea why it is not working. So basically it is my problem to figure out. NEED HELP!!!!

Verify that the Apex's default gateway setting is the same as the router's LAN IP address.

Can the Apex send email?

Looked at it and still cant figure it out. It was working great for weeks then unplugged it and it stopped working.

Well I got it to work in and out of local network. That is the good thing. Now I can seem to access the controller after I hook up a Apple Airport Express to it. Any ideas out there.
