Connecting GHL Mitras LX6200

I've downloaded the new GHL control center. I've created a new connection to device. The device appears at the bottom left, but when I double click on the device it says "Could not connect. Do you want to check settings now?" When I goto settings the port is under "auto" and address is "1". What else do I need to do?
