Constellation T5 and Blown Lamps

Just received the fixture today. I installed the lamps and lit the fixture up. It appears as if one of the G-mann actinic+ was no good. Well after having the fixture lit for a few hours now it seems all four of the actinic+ lamps are not working. I am seriously hoping there is not an issue with the fixture itself. I can get the middle three lamps to light but the outer four will not. Has anybody seen this in either the G-mann lamps or the constellation fixtures?

Swap the bulbs around and see if the problem follows the bulbs. If it does then prob. a bulb problem. If the same slots are not working with the middle bulbs then prob. a fixture problem.

After swapping bulbs around a bit I was able to trace the problem to two bulbs. One of them is completely shot and the second just barely lights then goes out. All the positions on the fixture light the bulbs I know work. Luckily is was only a bulb problem and not a fixture issue. I am looking forward to what this light can do.
