continued issue with 6105

The units are 17 months old. I have emails regarding the one pump in question within a month of receiving the unit. The pump was loud and required cleaning every month to keep it quite. Over the last 6 months the issue has gotten much worse. Last night i removed the pumps to clean them and noticed the shaft on the bad one came out with the impeller. The noise is coming from the impeller chattering in the housing. This unit has been an issue since the get go,while the other unit has performed flawlessly.

please advise because i have had to shut the one unit down and i am only using the other because of the noise and fear it will just implode.
