We are excited to say that we have expanded our U.S. operations to a larger, more modern facility. As a result of this move, effective August 1, 2008, any troubleshooting, repairs or work covered under your EcoTech warranty should be shipped to our new U.S. headquarters at 1349 Lynn Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18015. The email (service@ecotechmarine.com) and phone number for customer support (800-785-0338 ext 3) remain the same.


At EcoTech, we continue to strive to raise the bar for customer service in the aquarium industry. With our expansion to the larger facility, as well as the new members that we have added to the EcoTech team over the past year, we are in an excellent position to enhance the rapid response, decision making and implementation of next-generation features and products.
