Roger / Tech Support,

I just received my new pair of 6105, First off I wanted to say WOW water movers they are!

My issue is I am trying to control them with my Apex I did buy the cable and I can get a 0 - 10vdc signal to the pins of the cable, but I do not have any control of power heads. they just run at the same regaurdles of what I program. Is there something I need to do to the power supplies? If you could provide me with a picture or diagram showing me the female receptical on the 5 pin port locating the + and - voltage signals, it would be greatly appriciated.

If this is something new and they can not be be controlled by a 0 - 10vdc signal. Then please let me know what Tunze controller will work with these power supplies and pumps.

I have heard that the Apex cable can have a rubber sheath that prevents the pins from being fully inserted, I would double check this and pull back or cut back the rubber as needed. We don't license, test or authorize third party controllers so the only thing we could do is verify the pump works on our controller. Generally if the built in pump potentiometer works to turn the pump down, the control interface is working. This must be restored to 100% power before a controller is connected.

Thanks I will look into that. If that does not work will the Tunze 7096 controller work with these pumps, or do I need the 7095?

Thanks
Mark

I wouldn't run out and buy a controller, your Apex should work, but double check that the cable is able to be fully inserted.

Roger,

First off thank you so much! I was ready to go out and buy a controller, but with your expert advice (Trimming the rubber insulation back on the cable) I now have total control of the pumps.

One would think that in your position you would of recommended to go out and buy a Tunze comtroller. This just goes to show your personal integirty and I truly belive the integirty of Tunze Corperation.

That being said when the need arrises, I will without question be purchasing all my pump equipment from Tunze.

Thanks Again

Mark
