Controller question

I recently got a used 7091 with photo cell from a buddy to use on my 6000 and I have a couple of questions. There are 2 lights, one for power 1 and 1 for power 2. only the light on power one comes on, on for x amount of time then off for the same. Is this a major issue? Also the feed timer doesnt work, can this be fixed?

I dont know how I lived without this controller!!!

Maybe just the led is burt out, Can you feel it pulse?
I am sure it can be fixed

Could be the photo cell is in darkness, the photocell socket is shorted by some salt/water, the pulse switch is turned all the way to off. The food timer switch is possibly broken or shorted, it may be repairable.

Yes it still pulses, it just seems like the light it out but I was wondering if the feed timer had anything to do with it or it was a known problem.
I can live w/o the timer

The foodtimer button is just a momentary switch, it could be broken or someone could have touched it with wet fingers and damaged that area of the board. I can replace the switch if it is just the switch. I have yet to see a burned out LED but it could also be replaced.
