Controlling 2 Maxspect Gyre pumps

Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for. I was trying to use timers but this does it. Have you any idea about the potential negative effect (on the sockets) of having the sockets turn on/off ~4000 times per day?

these relays have a minimum lifetime between 50,000 (@16A/240V) to 250,000 (@3A/240V) switching cycles, this depends on the load

which is a lot and in normal use not a problem at all

but I can't recommend to switch the relays a few thousand times per day

OK thanks Matthias.. even once per minute is over 1400 times per day so this obviously is not the preferred method to control the on/off cycles of these Gyres
