Controlling Aqua Illumination LED's

I downloaded the Profilux software last night to try before I receive my Profilux. When I select the option for the Aqua illumination units.

It asks me the number of White and Blue LEDS controlled by the illumination channel. What is this?

I have two modules.

So do I have to count the total number of separate LEDs of each colour?

Unless their is a change in the software. You set one channel for the white and one for the blue.

Dude, buy it.

I have been waiting for months to get a cable from AI. It finally arrived. The results of connecting the Profilux to the AI module is amazing!!! The LED technology is wasted without a good contoller to manipulate the hell out of it.

I'm running clouds, storms, multiple photoperiods to maximize noon time high PAR values for growth, etc.

Have you bought the Profilux and AI cable yet??? They just made a batch after much delays with cable assembly.

Can you share your parameters that you have the profilux set on? I have this setup and have a decent approach to the aquaillumination, but I'm not sure it's the best.

I'd love to see how you have yours set up in the profilux.

Do you have any pics or video of the hardware and how it is hooked up from the computer to the profilux to the AI units.

Also, where can I buy a profilux controller?

The lead to the AI units has an RS232 plug on one and the phono one on the other just like the one that comes with the AI controller.
