Controlling CL-280 Chiller With AC3?

I am picking up a CL-280 from a local club member since summer is just around the corner. Will I be able to control it with the AC3?

As far as I can tell, most chillers have a built in thermostat, can that be bypassed so the AC3 can turn them on/off?

If it is a chiller only (vs chiller/heater) then you can set the internal thermostat to a temperature slightly less than the AC set pont and use the AC to control the chiller. The slightly lower set point of the thermostat gives you extra protection if the AC temp probe (or something else) where to fail.
