Converting a Wet/Dry filter to a sump/fuge?

Haven't read the whole thread, but here goes. I have a ProClear Aquatics wet/dry. After a few weeks I took out the bio balls, filter tray, and filter media slowly over a couple of weeks. I partitioned the center section to have part live rubble rock and part macro. The skimmer is in the left compartment. the return pump is in the right compartment. I have an 18w PC lighting the fuge. Here are a couple of pics.

Pretty rudimentary. I hope this is what you were looking for. It has worked well so far.

I should have mentioned. I run the fuge light on a reverse light cycle.

i guess my true question is how small is too small for a refuge?
