Converting Molly's

I've converted mollies in the past, but always had the problem of them getting ick everytime and having to be treated for 3 weeks before it was gone. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or what I might be doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I haven't had that problem, how did you acclimate them? I usually drip-acclimate mine over a few hours, no issues at all. I've acclimated mollies to both brackish and full saltwater conditions.

If the fish were newly purchased, maybe it's where you got them?
