what does this process consist of? I ran into some crazy algea problems so i am starting fresh I now know a lot more about the hobby and doing some things diffrent any help would be good.
That thread discusses the process. I personally wouldn't "cook" my live rock, since I think it's at least a bit destructive and a lot of work. Most algae problems can be solved other ways, IME.
