Cool colorful fish that wont eat shrimp

Dwarf angels don't eat shrimp. Tangs wouldn't either. I guess it depends how big your tank is.
Can't think off hand of gobies or blennies that would, nor clownfish. All are pretty colorful in my mind.

THat fellow you have for your avatar would do nicely; not to mention all his uncles and cousins. Gobies pair with shrimp, and blennies are well-behaved also. Go to saltcorner.com's fish site for a look at the color and variety just in those two groups. Dartfish are wellbehaved. They also come in a great and colorful variety. Caution: many blennies will quarrel with their own if too closely confined, ditto the dartfish. Dragonettes are likewise compatible (pod eaters): watch gender matchups. And so are chromises. The blue make a nice, fast-moving patch of color.
My tank: a red firefish, a purple one; a yellow watchman, one chromis (wish I had gotten 2 more, but now too late: you have to put them in together); a rainford goby; a mandarin. Cardinals I think are perfectly fine: my lfs displays them with all of the above.
I've looked at the tailspot blenny, the sailfin scooter dragonette, the hasa yasha or whatever the name is; and numerous of the gobies, which are amazing in color. The midas blenny is beautiful. I have a 52, and it's my notion to keep my fish size down and the number of moving things up, a different kind of scenic. Also, most all of them will eat pods, so feeding when I have to take a trip is a matter of loosing an unusual number of pods and letting them forage. I think fish are healthiest when they do a little hunting or working for their food.

I've looked at the tailspot blenny, the sailfin scooter dragonette, the hasa yasha or whatever the name is; and numerous of the gobies, which are amazing in color. The midas blenny is beautiful. I have a 52, and it's my notion to keep my fish size down and the number of moving things up, a different kind of scenic. I have a six-line in a tank with two adult skunk cleaners and never caught him looking covetously at them. They get on just fine. But with your little High Fin goby Im not sure I would trust a six line - they can be bullies.
In the same tank I have paired firefish, a zebra bar goby, six line wrasse, diamond sifter goby, plus the two skunk cleaner shrimp, several large hermits and other inverts like brittle star, etc.. Never have had any of the fish show more than a passing interest in the inverts.
In another tank, I have an oscellaris clown with two peppermint shrimp and they also get along very well.
Its the really small shrimp that I would worry about - sexy shrimp, the small anenome shrimp, etc... Those would probably appear more appetizing to larger fish. Stick with a good size adult shrimp and I think you'll do fine. Be sure to read up on any shrimp you buy though - coral banded shrimp can be a bit of a pain, as of course are mantis [but thankfully I havent seen anyone selling them.]
Any fish large or agressive enough to mess with your High Fin Goby should of course be kept out of the tank, and I think in doing this you will alleviate a lot of worries about shrimp becoming a late night snack.

Honestly, other than your case, i have never heard of a single cirrrhilabrus genus wrasse eating a shrimp.
I have shrimps with my fairys, Halicores Iridis, and my leapord wrasses, and no problems.
