Why thank you, so happy to won this piece. I thought my adonis was all that. Lol not anymore.
Just to clarify this is no hype thread if it seems I happen to have bought the frag at a price I was willing to pay 10x more, I wonder why they were available for so cheap???

Did they look pretty cool when you received them? I don't really trust the vendor from where those polyps come from. Too many bad stories about him.

I picked up like 30 frags all look exactly like the pictures, these are at its greatest.
Yea adonis are cool got around 7-8 and a few baby's these seems like good growers only had them for 2 months. And so I have them in different areas of my tank but my Kraks and my F. Mohicans are so bright they steal the show.
In my list I have already lost count of what I have but I can tell you got a good hand full of high-end ones.

My theory is a lot of vendors/people have the kraks, they just don't want to sell or distribute just yet to keep prices up

Sorry I meant to say king krakatoa just abbreviated, as for the OG that came from GB is on my list, just not ready to drop 800 on a single polyp. Id rather grow some of my highend ones out and put it towards one.
Last I remember there was a pic of the GB Kark with 20p+/-, that rock is BANK!!

I'm not sure how true this is. Right now there's no place to buy one, so it would make sense that the sellers would want to sell it before another mari puck full of them appears again. If this was true, I'm sure they would have done the same for a couple of other new morphs. Could have easily been done with the new Adonis paly, but it's being sold around because vendors have the supplies to sell them.

I don't know Buddythelion, last I was quoted $500pp from a vendor that was at a local conference about a month ago...
Supposedly, they didn't bring any because they knew it wouldn't sell. Which is true lol but I just wanted to see it so I can believe the hype.

Vendors/sellers of the krakatoa are probably waiting to have +20 single polyp frags and just flood the market, similar to the Adonis/Fantasy zoa that ASD and SC just released as well as Zoanthids.com did with the stratosphere and halucination.
Value of the zoas still stays the same, just a lot more zoa lovers/farmers have them after the flood gates open so less chances of future sales at the marked up prices.

I'm pretty certain that some people would pick it up for $500. I heard there was a tiny one at RAP for $1000. Doesn't make sense to me for a vendor to hoard it and not sell any. But oh well!
