Are they beneficial or harmful to the sps colony?

from what i've read they don't do any harm. I'd go as far to say that they would probably be beneficial to the acro, in that they could consume pieces of food stuck within the coral that would otherwise smother/kill off polyps. this little guy was no larger than the average "small fingernail"
