It looks like the anemone is white and missing its algae. I have seen white anemones eating display fish like that because they don't have the ability to feed from the light. Sure well lit anemones may eat a fish but without algae they can be more aggressive.

My husband and I watched our flame angel accidentally go head first into our bubble tip. My husband immediately tried to pull him but couldn't! It was stuck so hard. Immediate death for the fish.
