Cooling Canopies

Well it would work but for one its 220 volts and for 2 its over 20 years old. That would mean the freon thats in there is out dated and to convert it would be big bucks if even possable. Someone corect me if im wrong about the freon. I think it might work with someone that has a couple 400 watt lights like 3-4.
 
20 AMPS!!! damn, that thing is big and power hungry. Personally I would never use something like that, for the canopy, fans work fine (and they don't require any 20amps to run ether)
 
I wonder if you really want to cool your canopy (and by regards also your tank) by actively putting colder than ambient air in there. Its one thing to pull air out having it replaced by outside air, but its another to blow some "frosty" air in there, you'd basically be making your heater work that much more.
