cooling from basement sump?

i made a sump out of cinder blocks with pvc pondliner.6ftlx30inwx2fth.(aprox.200g)the pondliner is in contact with the cement floor and one side of the 6ft length is in contact with the cement wall.will the cement pull some heat out of the water?very effective or a little help?just curious what people think.i will find out for sure this summer thanx
