Cooper Banded Butterfly Strange?

I recently converted a 75 gl tank from a coral grow out tank to a FOWLR The tank had some aptasia. I was told the Cooper Banded would eat aptasia. Currently I have a Bird Wrasse a Niger Triger a Sea Bass I added the Cooper Banded.

Here is the strange part. I feed the tank a mix of pellets and Mysis shrimp and to this day I never seen the Cooper Banded eat anything including the aptasia.

This fish is now 2 months old and is good health. Any ideas as to what he may be eating. Or does anyone have any suggestions as to what he may eat?
