I have watched my Cooper's Anthias spawn at lights out for the past few nights.
After each spawning they immediately eat the eggs.
The male takes on a beautiful colouration during the prespawn.
He takes an irridecent blue back stripe and a white throat.....stunning.
My Niger Trigger loves the event....he chases them for the eggs too.:hmm5:
I've had a few fish/corals spawn in this tank, including a large torch coral, my Cinamon Clowns ( they go every couple of weeks now ) and a pair of Coral Beauties.
