copepod question

I was talking to tim today and he mentioned that someone on here sells copepods from this fourm.. if you are reading this please pm ASAP me b/c im interested in a few bottles or however you sell them.. or if anyone knows any place that's kinda local that would carry them other than ebay.. thanks once again

I used to bring them to meetings but ended up leaving with almost as many bottles as I brought.

I can bring some in if anyone is interested this time. I sold the bottles for $15 each or 2 bottles for $25. The bottles I use are 16oz water bottles. If you look at the many online suppliers you will see that they sell 4oz bottles for $25 plus shipping so it is actually quite a deal. (roughly 4 times their copepods) The bottles contain well over a thousand copepods each and should reproduce for you in your tank.

Some people build up a little "pod pile" of rubble rock and then use a turkey baster to get the pods to the pile so they can be safe and reproduce in the tank. Sort of like a constant live food feeder.

If anyone wants some just PM with the number of bottles you want and I will get them to you Friday.

im first in line .. if you didn't get my pm i needed 2 bottles.. where is salem at in ohio? maybe i can meet you Sat. if i can't get someone to pick em up at the meeting for me.. how far from akron are you? more towards cleveland, or youngstown?

West Salem is nowhere near Salem so be careful if you look it up. It is actually about 45 minutes west of Akron just past Lodi. I have enough to go around so don't think you will get left out.
