Copepod?

I think i have a copepod i was going threw the photo selection on RC.com and the picture i saw

im not sure if thats it but from what i can tell, it is. now i have a "few" in my tank and i was wondering does anyone know if they are good or bad? if i had a way of taken a decent picture of it i would but i cant.:-(

They are good...and if you have one of a few, you probably have (or will have) 100's or 1000's...which is even better.

if you dont mind me asking, why are they good. and just to let you know i stopped counting at around 15 lol

They are food for your fish.
I have millions in my tank and it's only a 12g nano.
Right now there' no fish in there so they are multiplying unchecked, however when I get a fish soon that will thin the population.
